HnL STEEL is a supplier of galvanized steel coils in China. Our production line boasts an annual capacity of 100,000 tons and a manufacturing speed of 150 meters per minute. We produce galvanized steel coils with widths ranging from 750 to 1250mm and coating weights from 20-300g/m3, adhering to EN 10346 and ASTM A653 standards. We maintain a substantial stock of galvanized steel coils to ensure rapid delivery.

Galvanized Coating Layers

Our galvanized steel coils are available with various surface treatments to meet specific application needs:

• Anti-Fingerprint
• Chromated: Enhances corrosion resistance, making it suitable for applications where the coil is used without painting. Also known as passivation treatment, it improves the surface structure, gloss, corrosion resistance, and bonding of the coating.
• Oiled/Non-Oiled: Oiling provides a protective layer against rust during transportation and storage.

Zinc Plating Layer

• We offer zinc plating layers ranging from 20-120g/m2.

Types of Zinc Coating

• Pure Zinc Coating: Achieved by immersing pre-treated steel strip in a molten zinc bath containing at least 99% zinc.
• Zinc-Iron Alloy Coating: Created through an alloying process where the galvanized steel coil is heated to 550-560°C for 5-10 seconds to convert the pure zinc layer into a zinc-iron alloy with an iron content of 8-15%. This enhances weldability, coating performance, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance.

    • DX54D: Equivalent to Extra Deep Drawing Steel.
  • Structural Steels (S220GD – S350GD):
    • S220GD, S250GD, S280GD, S320GD, S350GD: Used for high load-bearing capacity with yield strengths from 220-350.
